Is IMAQ write file 2 part of acquisition license?

Hey!

We are making an application used for image acquisition and presentation. I noticed that if  we build this kind of application (using only VI's from vision acquisition) on our licensed labview 2009,  no run time license is needed for our costumers. I would like to know if I am aloud to use IMAQ write file2? Is there a list of VI's which I am aloud to use.
