Is Imaq for USB Cameras driver still available? Can't find it on NI website

I have LabVIEW 10 and I need to download  imaq for usb cameras driver.  I tried downloaded  http://www.ni.com/example/30030/en/.

If you want to use your USB Camera with LabVIEW 2010, you will need NI-IMAQdx 4.5 or newer. IMAQdx is part of Vision Acquisition Software, which you can download here:

You can evaluate IMAQdx for 30 days, but after the expiration you will need to purchase a license.
