I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. It sounds like you want to rotate a portion of the image. Vision Builder does not have this feature, and the Vision toolkit is very limited in this respect.

I have developed a set of tools for doing this sort of mapping. If this is what you are trying to do, let me know.
