Open Vision Builder in inspection mode

Hi, I would like to open vision builder in inspection mode when the user double clicks on a .vbai file. I understand that you can "Start Inspection when Launched" from within Tools => Options, but this would limit me to one inspection per computer. I would like a folder with a couple dozen programs the user can choose from.
