Most analog cameras have a fixed frame rate, which is 30 frames/sec or 25 frames/sec. Usually, you can't change the camera rate unless you are using a digital camera with that feature.
If you want more images per second, you can double the frame rate by acquiring fields instead of frames, assuming you are using an interlaced camera.
If you want to decrease the frames/sec, you can set up IMAQ to only acquire every 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. image using an IMAQ Sequence.
