Sir,

i am not using different files per color all classes will write in the same file with different class names because i gave same file path to all classes.

yes, i can use vision color classification training interface to train my classes but for my project my professor clearly stated that i should not use that software i need to code my own training interface and make it user friendly that is why i coded in this way.

now i got stuck to code unknown color i.e: the color that i didnt train should return unknown when it given to classify.

please help me with your valuable suggestion.

ok for last help 
if you could extract particle from back ground (step2)
now you can jump in step 3 
for this step you do not need use labview classify you can use this two vi and make template color for classify objects colors 

also this is a example i made and learn it in my image processing class 
work with and try to use it for your project it will be work. create new template file any way you want and match with color of  inside your image 
just need apprpriate algorithm

did you try to implement Hatef.fouladi's ideas? And did you manage to get your application up and running?
