Upgrade to IMAQ

I have an application that was originally compiled with LabWindows 7.1 + IMAQ 2.62. I have recently made some very minor (cosmetic) updates to the application on a development PC with LabWindows 8 + IMAQ 3.5.2.

When I install the distribution  kit on a Production Test Station with the original IMAQ version (LabWindows runtime 8 + IMAQ 2.62) the camera fails to initialise. I'm OK with that - IMAQ 3.x is not backwardly compatible with IMAQ 2.x.

I updated IMAQ on the Production Test Station (from v2.62 to v 3.5.2) the camera now initialises fine, but the image I acquire has the luminances wrong (see attached file). This problem is also experienced when using MAX to make an image acquision.

Has the translation of the LUTTransform (found in the .ICD file) changed between v2.x and v3.x of IMAQ?

I'm stumped on this. Any help appreciated.

Acquisition card: NI-IMAQ 1424

Camera: Redlake ES 4.0

MAX version 3.0.2 when used with IMAQ 2.6.2, upgraded to 4.0.3 when IMAQ was updated to  3.5.2

Yes. I made no changes in MAX.

But during the upgrade from IMAQ 2.62 to 3.5.2  Max 'forgot' which camera was in use (defaulted to the first in the list). When I reselected the correct camera in MAX I checked the settings and nothing had changed.
