Hi Andrey,
With the ftp link you provided, does it mean that I have to re-install the whole of VBAI 2011?
Or just run a few-kilobyte patch file?

Unfortunately as far as I know, there are no "few-kilobyte patches" exists for 2011. SP1 is full installer.
