Why does IMAQ not get initialized if the network is disconnected

If a network connection is enabled, but the network is down or not connected, I never see the "Initializing IMAQ" when the machine is booted and when I use MAX, I get a "not enough on board memory" error. When I disable the network, all works correctly. I am using the most recent version of IMAQ and MAX.

Hello,

This is not normal behavior. My guess is that when the network connection is not established then the other applications in the start up folder are being aborted and the IMAQ is not getting properly initiallized. You may try changing the order of the items in the start up folder and prioritizing IMAQ higher.
