convert .abc file to .txt file

Hello I want to convert .abc file into .txt file.

Please help me to convert it...

This is OCR character Set File. You can open it programmatically via IMAQ OCR Read Character Set File VI (Palette: Vision -> Machine Vision -> OCR ) or in OCR Training Utility ("%ProgramFiles(x86)%\National Instruments\Vision\Utility\OCR Training Interface\OCR Training.exe")

You can't convert it to text file. This file contains the images used for OCR training and some internal info. In general this is 1x1 pixel png file with custom info.

Is there any way in which we can call this .abc file and convert those trained characters into sound so that it can speak those trained characters??
