I'm new to NI vision and currently developing a label inspection project. The objective is to verify all label printed are no defect before ship out to customer.
the step is:-
1. I've trained a image 'A' in OCR/ORV vision assistant and saved as a characther file.
2. I inspect the letter 'A' back score is 1000 (as aspected because i trained with same image)
3. I purposely Edit the letter 'A' in paint by wipe a line in the middle and save as new image, but when using OCR/OCV it still read 'A' (infact it already defect)
4. try the play with the threshold, size, read option setting still not able to get my expected result.
question:
1. how do i fail the letter defect 'A'? the score is very high as well (999) after i purposely defect it.
2. the vision assistant claim it can do OCR/OCV but i only see OCR function and it's not come with OCV function.
