Hi,
I have a image with motion blur. I want to measure a particular measument. But due to motion blur measurement gives wrong value. Can any one guide me to remove the error in measurement using the same imge.

There is no way to remove the motion blur after the image has been taken. You need to decrease the exposure time and increase either the aperture, gain, or lighting to eliminate the motion blur.

Is there any posibility to remove or reduce the blur using resampling of the image?

For a single image, you might be able to reduce the blur using Photoshop or a utility like Blurity (haven't tried it, but it looks good).
I don't think any of the tools in LabVIEW will be able to help you. Resampling just reduces the number of pixel. You could reduce the resolution until the blur was no longer visible, but that wouldn't improve your measurement.
