If you have a specific question, you can post it on this site and other LabVIEW users will try to answer it.

It sounds like you are looking for general support. For that, you need to call NI at (800) IEEE-488 or send them an email at support@ni.com. You can also look for help on the NI web site at http://www.ni.com/support/.

Hello,
I would like to add to Bruce's comment about the contacting NI support rather than e-mail to support@ni.com, I would suggest go to www.ni.com/ask. At that web page you enter in your questions and search our web posted responses. You will also be given the option to either e-mail or phone a NI support engineer.

A other important information, with hardware (PCI/PXI 1407/1408/1422/1428)
and with software (NI-IMAQ, IMAQ Vision, Vision Builder..) version. Each
time I install a new system, I download the update on ni web site. It's very
important to install the NI-IMAQ software ( and the same time, the driver
for all vision card ) before installing the hardware. Other think, if your
hardware is to old, this can be a problem ( not supported anymore)

A other tip, if you have try install installing the hardware before the
software, uninstall NI-IMAQ, reboot the computer, reinstall the software,,
shut down the computer, install the card on A DIFFERENT PCI SLOT a reboot.
Some time, windows has a hard time to find a hardware install/remove on the
same PCI Slot
.

I hope this can help you
