updation of roi descriptor

HELLO,

           i am trying to update the global rectangle co-ordinates and countours "co-ordinates" so that automatic updation will help me a lot in changing the ROI of the masking the image to my required area.Could anyone please show me the way out for the automatic updation of "ROI" descriptor.I am attaching the static fixed roi descriptor so that anyone can tell me how those values change automatically based on the co-ordinates of the previous step............

sir, iam trying to extract number plate automatically from an image.Camera is fixed.Iwant to update global rectangle automatically.the problem is that how i will locate the portion in an image where the number plate is located.can u please help me
