where could I find "utility.h"

Excuse me, I have installed Labview2009 and VAS2009. And I want to use OPENCV in Labview by DLL.  I see an Example that include "utility.h","NIVision.h". "NIVision.h" exists and is included in VS2005 successfully. But I failed to find "utility.h" in my computer. Where is it?

Seems to be  example builded with CVI.

utility.h is located in %ProgramFiles%\National Instruments\CVI2010\include
