 Use NI Vision 8.2.1 Acquisition Software .

1.       Does it has function to save and show the lines pictured from the camera since the camera is a line scan camera?

2.       We need to get the original pixie matrix output from the camera then we can make some analysis about the data. Do you have any codes on your SDK to get the original digital pixie data?

3.       Does the SDK has function to save and replay videos recorded from the CCD camera?

To answer your first and third question there is an excellent KnowledgeBase Article - Saving Images in LabVIEW Using NI-IMAQ Only (Without NI Vision). For replaying the videos, you can also read it back in LabVIEW and view it there.

As far as your second question goes, there is a way to convert the acquired image to an array of pixels using IMAQ ImageToArray but not to convert it back to an image. This functionality as well as other analysis VIs are available with our Vision Development Module
