Trying to incorporate FieldPoint DLL created from Labview 6.0 in Visual C++

I have problems initializing variables in my function

What functions are you calling and what do you mean by initializing? Initializing values in a LabVIEW dll isn't any different then what you do in a VI so what you do in your VI should work in the DLL.
