where to find CCWIMAQViewer?

I saw two questions about using CCWIMAQViewer. I wonder how I can include it into a VC++ project. It is not listed under the {Ni} namespace, nor can it be find in the Help.

To use this ActiveX control, see the Measurement Studio 6.0 help table of contents under Visual C++ Help>>Tutorials>>Getting Started>>Adding National Instruments NI-DAQ and National Instruments NI-IMAQ Support to Measurement Studio for Visual C++ Projects.

Thank you Dawna. But I could not locate any part of the path "table of contents under Visual C++ Help>>Tutorials>>Getting Started>>Adding National Instruments", eith under VC++ Help or through Measurement Studio Help, even by searching.

I am using VC++.Net and Measurement Studio 7.0, and have installed the Device Driver Reference, but no NI Imager hardware. I want to use it to display images (acquired by a Dalsa camera).
