Error -70125 means "The function was not executed because it was attempted at an illegal time."
There could be a lot of reasons for this error and without more specific information I can't be of much help for you. Which function returns this error? Used OS? Which hardware is used? How is the board configured? Which driver version are you using (You should use FlexMotion 5.1.x with patch f5b that's available under ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/motion/Software/PC/FlexMotion/5.1.xf5b_patch/)
Is the error reproducible?
