We are currently using the compact Rio and Elmo motion control driver to control the motor via EtherCAT communication.
I am using NI softmotion during this process. I added cRio in Labview's project and added axis 1 after adding ethercat master and device. Then an error occurred while running the interactive test panel to see if the motor was running properly.
I encountered error -70229 and followed the solution outlined in the NI error code. The problem is not solved even though I first switched to active mode, secondly I formatted compact Rio and reinstalled the software. There seems to be no problem connecting the devices. How can I solve this problem?
