I'm using the single board RIO to control some motors and seven segs at the same time. The sub VI for the seven seg board worked out perfectly and I put it in to the main FPGA VI, it also worked. But when I work on the sub VI for the motor in the same way, it turned out that the main FPGA VI cannot control the motor. I basicly integerated the motor control sub VI into the main. And if I just use the motor control sub VI to control the motor, it worked....
Since the User Interface board and the motor control board are connected to the sb RIO through the same ICB board, the I2C communication should be good. And I already asigned different address for each target, so there should not be any problem with the address crush....
I have been working on it for a long while and still cannot figure it out...
