umi-7774 power is not working ( request help urgently)

I have a umi-7774 and a pci-7340 controller, and they were working well, but suddenly when i try to turn on the umi-7774 again, the isolation power led was illuminated but the power led itself didn't illuminate, it only illuminate at the first contact of power supply, so i hope you can help me solve this problem as soon as possible.

I would definately check the voltage at the V terminal of the 7774.  Does it still appear to have proper voltage coming into it?  You need to determine whether it is an external or internal fault.  Also, I am assuming this problem has caused the 7774 to stop functioning properly?

Thank you for your reply, even it is late but anyway thank you, the problem was in my battery that supply power to UMI, since i go to the supplier office here, and the engineer there powers the UMI by a power supply with him, and the umi works properely, but what confuse me that when i measure the voltage out from my battery the voltage was 24V, and the current also was high, so i donnot know what is the problen with my battery
