0 to +5V analog output range of USB 6008

In my application, I need a tuning voltage from 0 to +14V.

But NI USB 6008's analog voltage range is only 0 to +5V.

So I am wondering whether there is a bigger range of analog output than USB 6008.

Or what kind of DC to DC converter can I use to get 0 to +14V range ?

The smaller the resolution is, the better.

I know the DAC is 12 bits, but I am wondering whether I can change the reference voltage for ADC.

I think 12-bit DAC is ok for range of 0 to +14V as well.
