I need confirmation and help.
I have a NI cDAQ 9174 chassis with a 9203 (current input) and 9239 (voltage input). I want to start the acquisition with a analog software trigger from a voltage LVDT sensor. I then need to put a 9205 in the 9174 chassis, right?

I understand that the 9205 can trigger acqisition on itself. The article also talks about sending a digital edge down an internal cDAQ channel.
Can anyone tell me how this is done and if it can start the acquisition on the 9203 and 9239 ?
