Hi,

Is it possible to make a solution which is developed in LabVIEW 8.2 enviroment but the target will be running on Windows CE machine and DAQ should be USB enabled NI-6008/9? If yes, what is the procedure to make it work (shortly softwares needed and steps).

Porting LabVIEW code onto Windows CE platform is possible through LabVIEW PDA Module for Pocket PC. However, there are a few requirements for HW running Windows CE OS, those requirements are discussed in the following tutorial, <http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4577 >.
