DAQ assistant/ DAQMX task name issue

Hello,

I have LabVIEW 2013. When I select a new DAQmx Task name and I right click -> New NI-DAQmx Task -> MAX... I get the 'Initializing' screen and after that LabVIEW freezes and I have to close it in the Task manager.

The same thing happens when I select the DAQ-assistant. The 'initializing' screen shows and after that it all freezes. I have the correct drivers installed and never had this problem in my previous LabVIEW version. (I recently switches to the 2013 version). 

Can anyone help me with this? I could post screenshots if that can help.

Dear Fatsat,

It sounds like during the installation of your software there has something go wrong and a component got corrupted. I have seen this issue once before and it was solved by repairing (or re-installing) the following two components:

Could you try that and let me know if it solves you issue?
