DAQ unit for multiple input and channels

I need a DAQ unit that will allow me to read data from multiple sources (i.e. thermocouples, pressure transducer, strain gauge, etc.) with varying voltage input range. I was looking at some of the USB Powered M Series DAQ units but I'm not sure if these will be able to fit my needs. I also saw the universal 9219 that looks like it would work nice, but it also has four channels, and I need a minimum of 12 channel inputs. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Maybe a compactDAQ-9172 System with different modules will fit to your needs.

However, I would suggest to call your local NI office, they can give you the best help at this point.
