Difference between SCB-68 box and breaking out manually

Hi Guys, 

Just wanted to know whats the difference between using

- SCB-68 break out box for my PXIe 6341  

- Identifying the pins of the SH68 (is it possible ?)  connector cable and breaking out manually ?

Hi Joel,

The main difference is that SCB-68, or any other cabling accessories from NI, gives you easy I/O cabling and guaranteed specifications (e.g. EMC, safety). Breaking out manually is useful when you need to customize your cabling to meet your specific requirements. There a few things you should be aware of when breaking out manually, and these are explained in the manual of PXIe-6341 (page 2-7).
