Failed DAQMX Create AI(works after 3 executes)

I developred my program on the PC that is being used in the plant. I have a multifunction DAQ board and I configured the analog inputs with DAQ assistant. I made changes to the program on my laptop in my office and sent an executable to the customer. When he runs the program it gives him the error that say DAQMX Create AI failed. After the third time of trying to run the program it comes up OK.

Hi Control Tech,

I was wondering if you could provide some more information about this problem. Does this occur repeatedly and if it does, is there an associated error message? What driver versions are you using? I assume the customer has the same device or a similar device hooked up to his computer. Any additional information you could give you be beneficial in trying to diagnose this issue.
