AMUX 64T is not supported by DAQmx. See here
What you could do is to revert back to Traditional DAQ and use your AMUX with PCI 6034E

Are you saying that Traditional DAQ functions are not available in LabVIEW>>Block diagram>> Functions Palette??
If this is the case, Try uninstalling and reinstalling LabVIEW and the Traditional DAQ device drivers
Or are You trying to say that the Tradition DAQ function does not auto detect the DAQ device??
If Yes,
Well, the Traditional DAQ does not Auto detect the DAQ device.
Go to Max>> Device and Interfaces>> Traditional DAQ and locate your device and note the device number is assigned.
In LabVIEW, you can acces a DAQ by manually entering its device number to the corresponding Traditional DAQ function
