How to use DAQmx Start Trigger

Hi,

I have to face signal acquisition/generation for the first time. I have to create a vi to acquire a signal while generating another one. The acquisition and the generation must be synchronous. I decided to use a trigger, but I haven't found a good example that could explain me how to use it. Can you give me some hints or, better, an example that could teach me how to proceed?
