OK, I have an solution now and have to write down every connection. Thus I can't see which pin is programmed to be connected, which not. It´s not the solution shown from the NI technican but it works.

Hello,
If you refer back to the first few posts I have posted instructions on how to get the device “pin outs” of the device you are using, you can print out this sheet and use it as a reference if you feel it is necessary. When viewing the “pin outs” diagram please be aware that both P and PFI refer to digital I/O and the markings of these are as follows:
P or PFI x.y
Where x = port number, y = line number
Therefore P0.1 would refer to port 0 and line 1.
The reasoning behind the lack of connection diagram for digital channels is that there is only one way in which you can wire that digital channel (Digital Input and Ground). If you are still having difficulties wiring the device please contact National Instruments where our support engineers will happily provide assistance.
As a foot note, all members of the Support Group are fully qualified engineers.

OK, thank for help. I found out that Dennis is correct, there are really wiring up diagramms for analog inputs only.
But why is there no wiring up diagram for the connector block in full? Nevertheless you should everytime know which connection is used and which not! So I do a n old-fashion exel table for this ... .
