I would be grateful if to could help me build a VI to allow calibration of a load cell

Part one project objectives are to research the hardware and software required to enable the Bee Hive Weighing application and electronic circuit to be completed in semester 6

The six key objectives follow•         Monitor and trend weight gain / loss•         Raise alarms from rapid increases or decreases in weight•         Calculate moisture content of nectar•         Monitor and trend temperature inside hive•         Monitor and trend humidity inside hive•         Early detection of disease in the hiveIn order to meet the objectives set out above the following data will be required.

• Hive weight
• Hive temperature.
• Hive humidity.
• Capture reading at 0700 and 20hrs.

At present I am having difficulty with a calibration routine for the load cell can you help?

Hi Clive,

Many thanks for contacting National Instruments. I think we may need more information in order to progress with your problem. What hardware are you using? What are the specific problems you are having with the calibration of the load cell? From having a look at your code, I see you are using a DAQ Assistant for your acquisition and then splitting the signals. Due to the complexity of the acquisition it may be more efficient/needed in the longer run to use the lower level daq functions.
