Yes, there is support for NI DAQ boards with Borland Delphi for NI-DAQ 6.9.3 and earlier. The NI-DAQ driver automatically installs examples for National Instruments application software including LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Measurement Studio. However, you must select the examples for third party programming environments individually when installing the driver.

To install these examples, launch the NI-DAQ Driver Installer. You can download the latest version of NI-DAQ from the Multifunction DAQ Driver Download Page. Depending on the programming environment you are using, install one or more of the following features from the NI-DAQ Feature Tree:

Microsoft Visual Basic Support » DAQ Visual Basic Examples
Microsoft Visual C/C++ Support » DAQ Visual C+
+ Examples
Borland C/C++ Support » DAQ Borland C++ Examples
Borland Delphi Support » ComponentWorks DAQ Borland Delphi Examples

After installing the examples, you can find them on your hard drive at \Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples.
