The 6023E only supports bipolar ranges (not unipolar, such as 0-10V). The closest range fitting your requirements would be +/- 10V. Unfortunately, this means that if your signal is strictly greater than 0V, that you'll effectively lose half of your dynamic range. To minimize loss of accuracy, you'll want to pick the range as close as possible to the range of the signal you're measuring. But, you have to keep in mind that if your signal goes beyond the specified range, then you'll observe "clipping", which is undesirable. For example, if you selected a +/-5V range and input a 5.23V signal, your measured signal would be "clipped" at 5V.
The 6023E supports the following ranges: +/-10V, +/-5V, +/-500mV, +/-50mV.
