Labview V4.0 not functioning no proper support given by your techincal support team

In all fairness - LabVIEW 4.0 is probably about 8 years old. In software years that is very, very old. There may be some people out there still using it, but you'll need to be a lot more specific about your errors if you expect to get any help. Exactly what you are trying to do and a list of error codes and descriptions would help.

Thank you for contacting National Instruments. As Doug hinted above, support for LabVIEW 4.0 was discontinued with the release of LabVIEW 6.1 in 2001, and support for LabVIEW 5.x was discontinued with the release of LabVIEW 7.0 in 2003.

However, I would hate to leave you hanging with your DAQ problem. Would you mind providing error numbers and the steps you have taken to try to get the DAQ application working? Do you see the problem during installation, or only when running a certain program? Are you working with analog input/output or digital? I would be happy to provide troubleshooting tips and/or advice regarding your application.
