Max does not detect my daq board

Max does not auto detect my daq board (pci-mio-16e) and when I try to create a new device this board does not show up in the list. I am using windows NT which I know is not plug and play is there a trick to installing the daq board using windows NT?

Did you hit "F5" to do a re-fresh?

Yes I did. I even uninstalled NIDAQ and reinstalled board and software again. I even tried different PCI slots what could be the problem.
