thanks for your reply.

It was really helpful to read through the links that you had given and i now think the solution is at hand.

Incidentally there was a problem with the forum posts ever since I switched to IE9. Reason why you did not see my post and only the subject line appeared. I for one, would never dream of such a brief post with only the subject line !!  Anyway after I switched on Comaptibilty view in IE9, things have become normal ( as you can now read my message !)
