Don't understand the point of posting those overly large files. They don't show the self-test tab and you have not answered whether you ran that or not.

Then you should probably contact NI either via phone or the Support link above. It sounds like you might have a damaged board.

I agree with Denise.  You should call up NI and see what they say.  However, I did look at the screen shoots, and I saw that you are trying to check your AO1 with your AI1.  Play with the setting a little.  Try a continuous mode and constant voltage instead.
