One DAQ 6036E card and two CB-68LPR connector blocks

Good morning,
I have got a PC computer with LabView RealTime 11 OS installed on it. This computer has NI PCI 6036E DAQ card and it is connected to CB-68LPR connector block to acquire signals from work station. In laboratory, there is another work station and I would like to acquire signals from it too, but there is no free channels on DAQ card, so I wonder If i could buy abother connector block and acquire signals from both work stations using one DAQ card and two connector blocks separately (not at the same time, ) obviously using different labview programms. So it would be:

-connect first connector block to pc computer
-turn on labview programm and acquire signals from first work station
-turn off computer and connect the second connector block to the same DAQ card
-turn on second labview program and measure signals from second work station.

To conclude, may I have some communication problems or any other difficulties when my 6036 DAQ card will cooperate witd two CO-68LPR connector blocks (but not at the same time).

Than you very much for answering me, I am aware, that is not a big problem and I think that it will be working, but i need another opinion.

Thank you very much. Do you or anyone else know if it is easy to damage connectors ?

It's pretty easy to damage the male ends if you are not careful. Make sure you push/pull straight on. Don't yank. You probably want to be disconnecting the cable at the CB-68 end. If a pin gets bent, you can often gently straighten it with a pair of long nose pliers.
