I have an NI board marked as PCI-6111, however when I inserted it into a PC, it was recognized as PCI-6110. As the result, none of the inputs or outputs work. The analog inputs always show a flat line at 10V, while the output is stuck at 500 mV. The card passes self-test, however fails self calibration. Resetting the card does not resolve the problem.
Based on the pictures below, is it a 6110 card or 6111? Could it be just mis-marked, in which case the card is probably damaged?
It looks a bit dfferent from the PCI-6111 cards that we have, but maybe it's a earlier model (it was manufactured, it seems, in 2000).
Or could the problem with the inputs/outputs arise from the fact that the PC did not properly recognize it? If that's the case, is there an easy (in relative terms) solution to the problem, short of sending it to NI for repairs?
Thank you for reading.

Filipp,
Where did you get this board? This is a very strange issue. The board Part Number 184111K-01 is for a 6110. The Part Number 184111G-02 is for a 6111. The board is definately a 6110 as you can see the 4 chips on the left hand side correponding to the 4 channels of the 6110 vs the 2 of the 6111. So I would recommend whatever is wrong with it that you send it back in to NI for repair. You can give me a call at 1-866-275-6964 Referencing SR#: 1436085 and I can help you through the RMA process from there.

Jason,
We got it off Ebay. We now decided to return it to the seller. I'll pass this info to him, in case he decides to repair the board.
Thank you for your help,
Filipp
