PCI-6143 with single -ended signal

Hi,
I just bought the PCI -6143 for simutaneously acqusition. However, my single is signle-ended voltage(0-5V).
When i applied my signles to the card (connect in the port of AI1+/AI1-), lots noise showed in spectrum.I think it is because i fooled the card with wrong signles.
Any chance i can measured signle ended signle in this card?

What can I do with this issue? Anyone can give me some suggestion.

Here is an extract from page 3-3 of the S Series User Manual

"S Series devices support only differential (DIFF) input mode. The channels on S Series devices are true differential inputs, meaning both positive and negative inputs can carry signals of interest."

Therefore you will not be able to explicitly configure a task to aquire a single ended signal. This doesn't mean you can't use this board, all you need to do is apply a ground signal to the AI - input and connect your signal to the AI +.
