PXI-2576 Error Code -200055 by Measurement & Automation Explorer

Hallo,

I have a problem about the PXI-2576 Switch.

When I open the MA-Explorer, I can see the Device PXI 2576, and also do the Selftest and Reset, they are OK, no problem.

But when I click the Button "Testpanel", there is always a error message "Error -200055 occurred at DAQmx Switch Get Relay Position (Multiple).vi:1"  Details in the Photo.

Is there someone know, what should I do?

Hi, 

you can simply get rid of that error by removing the special characters in our devicename. 

Below you will find i a screenshot where i changed the device name to e.g. PXI2576Multiplexer. It works.

I also tried it with the name that you used. -> it causes the error. -200055

i hope that info solved the problem also on your machine.

Don't suppose you found or logged a CAR on this issue? I've just had a customer with the same problem and it seems like it's something worth CARing.
