Pulse generation on NI6034

Using the NI6034, I would like to generate a continuous pulse train with pulse widths from 10 us to 100 us and frequency from 1 Hz to 5000 Hz. With LabView's "Generate Pulse Train.vi", I am successful down to frequency of 2 Hz and 10 us width, but can't do 1 Hz. At 1 Hz the shortest pulse is 20us; at 10us, I get an error message saying duty cycle not supported by device. Is this a device limit?

This error is occurring as a result of the small duty cycle you are trying to use and the resolution of the DAQ-STC chip on your E-Series board. The following KnowledgeBase discusses this issue in more detail and shows an example of why this is occurring:
