RC Filter Prior to CF-6004

I am designing a PGA and low-pass filter board to interface with the CF-6004 compact flash DAQ card.  I plan to use a 4 pole Sallen-Key filter in the design using 2 op amps.  I noticed that the CF-6004 has an amp ahead of the ADC.  I was thinking that I could use this to my advantage by adding an RC low-pass real pole filter after the 4 pole sallen-key to increase the filter roll-off.

Is there any problem with adding an RC filter (R=1.21k and C=330nF, or R=12.1k and C=33nF) ahead of the CF-6004?  Is there any resistance through the MUX?  What about parallel capacitance?  The unity gain amplifier is just a non-inverting voltage follower, right?

Thanks,
Matt
