Task not located under DAQmx Tasks in MAX

I tried to create a Task in MAX and it appeared outside DAQmx Tasks in MAX. I've never seen this before. See attached screenshot. The task is MyVoltageOutTask. Does anyone know what it is and what it means?. How can I remove it?

Can you export your MAX configuration and attach it here so we can look at it? (As ini or txt so we can read it)

Unfortunately, I deleted it by highlighting the task and hitting the delete button so exporting the config file will not tell you much. It is still a mystery to me as to how that happened.

Does it reproduce if you create a new task?

No it doesn't reproduce when a new task is created.
