Trouble Reading Multiple Channels with PCI-MIO-16XE-10

I'm having difficulty configuring multiple channels in MAX.

I'm using the following hardware:

NI-PCI-MIO-16XE-10

SCXI-1000 chassis with a SCXI-1100 card

software: MAX version 14.0

I have connected function generators to channels 1 and 2 of the SCXI-1100 and configured them to input different signals to the SCXI-1100 (different frequencies, amplitudes and DC offsets).

I've opened MAX, created a task, selected voltage input and all 16 available channels for the NI-PCI-MIO-16XE-10.

When I run the task in MAX I get 16 plots on the graph. Channel 0 is the expected signal from the function generators connected to channel 0.

All the other channels are sine waves, with slightly lower amplitude and slight phase shift, compared to channel 0 (see attached screen capture). None of these signals represent the signal I'm inputting on channel 1 and they do not respond when I change the input signal. When I change the setting on the function generator connected to channel 0, all the displayed waveforms change, again with slightly lower amplitude compared to channel 0 and with a phase shift.

Has anyone seen this behavior before and advise how I can fix it please?

If you don't have a signal connected to those channels, you are seeing something called ghosting. This is normal with a multiplexed A/D. Search for ghosting.
