Two DAQ modules and channel configuration with API

Hello,

I am using two DAQ PXI 6251 and 6259 in the same VI, can I use the one create channel NI DAQmx for the AI cHannels from both the PXI or how can I use the channel configuration?

Is this correct Dev2ai0:16, Dev3:8?
