UPdate from Win98se to Windows XP and now trouble with PCI 6025E

Hi,
I updated from Win98se to Win XP and I am using LabView 5.1.1. SInce the update I have a mlot of trouble with my PCI 6025E INterface. For example, for the analog in vi "wavescan" I get the error code -10240. I updated also to NIDAQ 6.9.3.
Any help would be appreciated.
