USB-6259 BNCのA/D変換とD/A変換を利用してデジタルフィルタを構成したいと考えております。
A/D変換した信号をそのままD/A変換する場合、応答速度はどの程度でしょうか。

I don't quite understand your question. But the speed of ADC and DAC conversion are listed in the NI 6259 Specifications

ADC

Single channel maximum

1.25 MS/s

Multichannel maximum (aggregate)

1.00 MS/s

DAC

Maximum update rate

1 channel

2.86 MS/s

2 channels

2.00 MS/s per channel

3 channels

1.54 MS/s per channel

4 channels

1.25 MS/s per channel

I believe the OP's question is what could be the latency between capturing an AI, apply digital filters, generate using AO.

@kyonBB, this DAQ is not meant for implementing DSP filters, you can achieve it at high sampling rate, but the latency will be mostly dependent on your PC's processing speed and chunks of samples you process at a time.

As you might expect, I intended to ask about the latency from the input signal to the output signal.
Thank you for helping me. I really appreciate it.
